Christmas Day 2007

Christmas Day 2006 we spent in chaos. After missing our plane in Catania, we were dashing across the island in the fog and stormy rain to Palermo to buy new tickets and get to our honeymoon in Paris.

This year, we voted for no drama.

And welcomed being a guest for Christmas! We enjoyed a fabulous brunch at Tony & Lynn's.



And Thomas & Kelley introduced us to deep fried turkey for dinner.



Here's Rob taking credit for Thomas' work. I bet he does the same at the office.



We put aside our Christmas cheer and niceties later that evening, as I watched Kelly try to break into her neighbor's house and and Thomas whipped out his talons as he saddled up to the table for a fierce game of rummy! I like those Burtons. They've got some spunk!
