My Isi Hissy: Supper v. Cena

The 3-course Italian dinner that was part of our $60 per person package reminded me of how Hawaii dumbs down its phenomenal authentic Hawaiian cuisine to make it more pleasing to U.S. Mainlanders.
All 3-courses were served on the same plate (American style of eating) with fries. Although an extremely disappointing meal, it was completely endearing how they tried to create a meal they think Americans would enjoy (ragu risotto, caponata, barbecue chicken and fries).

Don't get me wrong...Having seen what the Italians were served in the restaurant at Isi...it does make me want to come back.

...and it really didn't take us long...the Sunday following the Friday supper show...back we came for pizza...and anitpasti.
